Lara McNicol – Director for TSC Training Academy

For the past 17 years Lara has been part of our Training Academy essential team. Under Lara’s direction the technical and administrative teams have streamlined the day-to-day operations of the Academy.

She applies her talents daily to her key mission to provide the most comprehensive, contemporary and professional quality safety training and educational programs in accordance with Federal and State rules and regulations.

She has dedicated her career to developing professionals in the construction industry and to create a safer environment for both workers and the general public.

What do you do now and what are you planning for the future? Training Director. No current plans to vacate this role I’ve long waited for.

How do you unwind from a busy day? I don’t, tend to run on all cylinders until I drop.
