- Supervise FDNY Certificate of Fitness Holders
- Take Fire Safety Precautions with Proper Measurements & Follow NYC Fire Codes
- Ensure Permits are On-Site & Being Followed
- Maintain a Record of Materials Being Used On-Site
- Conduct Daily Inspections of the Construction/Demolition Site
- Maintain a Record of Inspections
- Supervise, Issue & Authorize Hot Work Operations
- Ensure Only Approved Electrical Devices Are Being Used
- Ensure Proper Storage of Flammable & Combustible Materials
- Ensure the Proper Placement & Removal of Fire Safety Materials from Construction Site
- Check for Current Inspection Logs, Required Fire Department Permits & Certificates to Ensure National and Local Compliance
